Phillippe Paradis, Founder
and Head Clinician
Phillippe
serves as the Head Clinician of NeuroServe. He has
extensive experience providing professional services and
was a Partner at Ernst & Young providing business
advisory and training services for over 19 years.
Phillippe was a thought leader at Ernst & Young
developing and delivering educational training programs
at a national level utilizing leading technology.
Phillippe has a passion for teaching and is a sports
enthusiast with extensive coaching experience in
numerous youth sports programs. In addition to being a
Certified IM provider, Mr. Paradis co-developed and
received IM therapy for a head injury as an early
recipient of head trauma focused treatment using IM. Mr.
Paradis brings his extensive coaching and training
experience, his knowledge and passion for athletics and
teaching, his customer service orientation and unique
perspective of IM as both recipient and provider to
develop and deliver customized programs for athletic and
academic oriented needs.
Janet Meacham Rios, OTR/L -
Therapist & Clinician
Janet
graduated from San Jose State in Occupational Therapy in
which she has been practicing for over 20 years. Janet
has worked in acute rehabilitation, community-based
programs for head injury, private pediatric clinics and
school-based settings. Janet is a certified Interactive
Metronome provider and is an instructor for IM
certification courses. Janet is active in continuing
education including fine motor, gross motor development,
handwriting techniques, sensory integration, sensory
regulation, visual processing, vestibular functioning
and therapeutic listening. Janet has a gift for working
with children and finding ways to make the training fun
and interesting.
Debbie Gonzales
Debbie
has been involved in the therapeutic community setting
for over 10 years, the first 7 of which were focused on
head injury and then in the pediatric setting. She is
certified in Interactive Metronome and Handwriting
Without Tears. Debbie has helped to develop and
administer organizational and community re-entry
programs. She is great with children and young adults
and is determined that each client succeeds in reaching
their potential.
