Sports Psychologists and Performance Consultants often provide invaluable ideas on how to think in order to improve the mental side of the performance equation. IM-Powered Training can help you build and reinforce the "hard-wiring" of your brain that is needed to be able to control and implement that level of thinking when you need it most.

Most of the successful athletes that we have worked with did not have a problem comprehending the thinking that they needed and wanted in order to execute well, they just had a tough time doing it consistently. Particularly when the situations that lend themselves to feeling pressure, frustration, disappointment, fatigue or other distractions were in place. The IM Powered Training gave them the ability to better control their thinking, emotions, and impulses through the challenging situations as well as the easier ones so they could focus on the right things needed for them to perform.

Broad Range of Services

We offer a range of services designed to fit your needs, preferences and budget:

Individual highly customized 1-on-1 training programs – tailored for your sport of choice, left/right dominance, individual strengths, weaknesses and tendencies

  • Typically 15-20 one-hour individual sessions over a 7-10-week period
  • Thorough initial evaluation testing and re-testing throughout to fine-tune and maximize benefits for individual goals & development areas

Team or group based training programs - semi-customized tailoring to maximize effectiveness considering conditions and skills applicable to a particular sport

  • Typically 12-15 one-hour group sessions over a 6-7-week period

Many individual and team based training programs can be provided on-site or at YOUR location to maximize convenience and minimize your time required to complete the training.
